CANCELLATION - RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL
1. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement.
2. Buyers are subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, along with all applicable laws regarding sales and delivery.
3. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
4. Each purchased product will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days to the address specified by the buyer. If not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
5. If delivery becomes impossible, the seller will notify the buyer within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.
6. If payment is not completed or canceled by the bank, the seller's delivery obligation ends.
7. If unauthorized use of the buyer’s credit card is detected, the product must be returned within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
8. In cases of force majeure, the buyer may cancel the order, request replacement, or postpone delivery. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
9. The buyer must inspect the product before acceptance. Damaged goods must be documented officially.
10. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.

RETURN CONDITIONS
The product must be returned in its original condition with labels and protective seals intact, including original packaging.
Damaged packages should be inspected in front of the shipping company representative.
*** Damaged products without an official report will not be accepted.
The invoice must be included. Products that have lost resale eligibility will not be accepted for return.
Approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible.
