ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT

This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Olabi Coffee website, in accordance with consumer protection and distance contract regulations.

ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS
 

4.1- The Buyer confirms reviewing product details, pricing, payment, and delivery information.

4.2- The product shall be delivered within the legal period not exceeding 3 days.

4.3- The Seller is not responsible if delivery to a third party is refused.

4.4- The Seller guarantees delivery of the product in proper condition.

4.5- Delivery is subject to full payment.

4.6- In case of unauthorized credit card use, the Buyer must return the product within 3 days.

4.7- In force majeure cases, the Buyer may cancel and receive a refund within 10 days.

4.8- Warranty-covered products may be sent for repair according to warranty terms.

ARTICLE 5- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and returned with the original invoice.

ARTICLE 6- NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, single-use products, or items with opened packaging.

ARTICLE 7- AUTHORIZED COURT

Consumer courts at the residence of the Buyer or Seller are authorized in disputes.

By completing the order, the Buyer accepts all terms of this agreement.
