What should I check when receiving the package?
Please inspect the package for any visible damage. If damaged, do not accept the package and request an official report from the courier.
I was not home during delivery. What happens?
The package will be delivered to the nearest branch and held for 3 days. You may collect it with your ID. After 3 days, it will be returned to the sender.
